Our church fellowship welcomes all who would wish to know more about the Christian Faith and what it is to be a Christian in the 21st century. However, we do understand that it might be somewhat daunting for those who have never been inside a church before. To make it easier, this page gives you some idea of what to expect. There are also some pictures of the church and church activity here. If you are still nervous after reading this, please contact either the Secretary or one of the Deacons (listed here) and we will arrange for someone to welcome you and show you around. Morning services last about an hour with a short communion service following on. Evening services are less pressured for time and their length varies. If you need to leave during a service, no one will complain if you slip out discreetly. We welcome you to Hopeman Baptist Church in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We would like to let you know why we worship in this church each Sunday. The message of good news that Jesus brought and is still bringing, is that God loves you as much as those who are members. No one is too bad or beyond his love. The story of Jesus and the Good News is simple and for everyone that wants to respond. Our pastor,Rev Stuart J. Macdonald and or the Deacons would be very happy to visit you if you wish. All of our services are open for you to attend. We pray that through fellowship with God and with us you will be richly blessed as we worship Him together.
